To provide a resin composition for an electrolyte, providing an ion conducting electrolyte exhibiting high ion conductivity and having improved cycling characteristics; to provide the ion conducting electrolyte obtained therefrom, exhibiting the high ion conductivity and having good cycling characteristics; and to provide a secondary battery using the electrolyte.
The resin composition for the electrolyte comprises a lithium salt and a salt monomer constituted of an ammonium cation having a polymerizable functional group and an organic anion having a polymerizable functional group as essential components. The salt monomer is constituted of an ammonium cation having a long-chain organic group containing the polymerizable functional group and an organic anion having a long-chain organic group containing the polymerizable functional group. The ion conducting electrolyte is constituted of the resin composition for the electrolyte. The secondary battery includes the ion conducting electrolyte as a constituent element.
