Abstract:
To provide a film having surface hardness (pencil hardness and scratch resistance) and softness (flexibility).
The resin composition is produced by reacting an isocyanate compound with unreacted hydroxyl group left on a triazine ring-containing (meth)acrylate prepolymer having an average molecular weight of 200-20,000 and synthesized from an aminotriazine compound, paraformaldehyde and a hydroxyl-containing (meth)acrylate in one step. The hard coat film has a total light transmittance of ≥90%, a flexibility of ≤3R and a pencil hardness of the hard coat layer of H or harder measured in conformity to JIS K 5600-5-4 (1999).
