Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition which is excellent in moldability inherent in the constituent polyolefin and gives moldings having excellent mechanical properties inherent in the constituent polycarbonate, surface properties enough to inhibit delamination and excellent flame retardancy by mixing a polycarbonate resin with a modified polyolefin resin, a specified aminocarboxylic acid and a flame retardant having a specified structure.
SOLUTION: This composition is formed by melt-kneading a polycarbonate (a), a polyolefin resin (b) modified with at least one type of functional groups selected from the group consisting of epoxy groups, carboxyl groups and acid anhydride groups, a compound (c) represented by the formula: HOOC-R-NH2 (wherein R is a 5C or higher alkylene, an alkylidene, an olignmethylene, phenylene or the like), a brominated polycarbonate oligomer (d), Sb2O4 and/or Sb2O5. The mixing ratio by weight is desirably such that components (a), (b), (c) and (d) account for 40-99%, 0.5-60%, 0.05-5% and 0.3-15%, respectively.
