Abstract:
To provide a resin composition having excellent heat-resistance and impact strength.
This resin composition is produced by compounding 100 pts.wt. of a composition composed of 30-99wt.% of a thermoplastic resin and 70-1wt.% of a polycarbodiimide with 1-300 pts.wt. of at least one kind of substance selected from polyamide elastomer, polyester elastomer, acrylic rubber, silicone rubber, fluororubber, modified polyolefin and modified rubber.
