To enrich flexibility, and smoothly obtain a curved shape by covering an outer periphery of an elastic resin tube with a reinforcing layer by braiding a metallic steel wire and synthetic fiber yarn, and arranging a covering layer on its outer periphery.
A resin hose 1 is formed of a resin tube 2, a reinforcing layer 5 to cover its outer periphery by braiding a metallic steel wire 3 and synthetic fiber yarn 4 and a covering layer 6 to further cover its outer periphery. A material having a low adhesive property is used as the resin tube 2 so that an interface with the reinforcing layer 5 can slide, and the resin hose 1 can be smoothly bent by small force. A material which has physical properties (weatherability and heat resistance) almost equal to the resin tube 2 and has a high adhesive property with the reinforcing layer 5, is used as the covering layer 6. Therefore, the steel wire of the reinforcing layer prevents deformation, and since the tube and the reinforcing layer are not adhered together, when the hose is bent, dislocation is caused between the tube and the reinforcing layer, and it smoothly bends, and a kink can be prevented.
