Title:
RESIN LENS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3400574
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to decrease the number of parts and the man- hours for mounting and to completely obviate the mispositioning of the optical axes of lenses with a temp. change by integrally molding ≥2 lenses to a lens holder.
CONSTITUTION: The plural lenses of a scanning optical device are composed of the imaging lenses 1, 2 consisting of a synthetic resin and these ≥2 imaging lenses 1, 2 are integrally molded in the lens holder 3 consisting of a synthetic resin mold via lens retainers 1a, 2a of approximately the same shape integrally molded in the lens holder 3. The respective imaging lenses 1, 2 are constituted integrally with the lens holder 3 via the lens retainers 1a, 2a in such a manner and, therefore, the number of parts and the man-hours for assembly are decreased and since the lens retainers 1a, 2a are formed into approximately the same shape, the deformation quantity according to their temp. change is made approximately the same and the lens optical axis of the respective imaging lenses 1, 2 are always aligned.
