PURPOSE: To obtain plurality of molded resin magnets of radial anisotropy by inserting non-magnetic materials before and behind a cavity in order to flow the magnetic flux only through the resin filled in the cavity by providing a coil for excitation outside a die made of a ferromagnetic material.
CONSTITUTION: A coil for excitation 2 is arranged outside a die 1 which is composed a non-magnetic material 4 before and behind a cavity 3 and a ferromagnetic material 5 on other part. When a movable die plate 6 moves and clamping starts, the excitation coil 2 moves simultaneously so as to cover the die 1 from side of a fixed die plate 7. The excitation coil 2 is conducted electricity for 5W 10sec, that is from 0W2sec before the fused resin including magnetic powder is jet into the cavity 3 till said resin hardens after jetting. There are plural cavities 3 arranged on the same circumference and by the insertion of the non- magnetic material 4 before and behind the cavities 3, the magnetic flux flowing from the movable die plate 6 and the fixed die plate 7 to the die 1 flows from the ferromagnetic material on the periphery of the cavities 3 to the ferromagnetic material of inside circumference of the cavities 3 through the resin filled in the cavities 3.
