Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the attachment length of a bolt or the like to be controllable upon being secured to a nut and, moreover, a facilitate the integration between the nut and the molded article, and further, form significantly facilely a rear space to house the upper end of a bolt or the like in the interior of a molded article in the back portion of a nut molded integrally with the resin molded article.
SOLUTION: A nut 80 is disposed at a predetermined position within the cavity of a mold in order that a first end of the screw hole 82 of a nut 80 is in contact with the cavity inner peripheral surface of the mold, and a second end of the screw hole of the nut is inserted in a state of a rear space forming material being sealed in a part thereof, following this, injection molding is carried out within the mold cavity, thus molding a resin molded body 10 having a nut 80 inserted therein. Next, the rear space forming material is removed outward of the exterior of the molded body from a first end side of the screw 82 of the nut 80 integrated to the resin molded body 10, then forming a rear space 90 being communicated with the screw hole 82 in the interior of the resin molded body 10 at the back portion of the nut 80.
