A GND layer 40, a first resin layer 22 formed on a substrate 10 or the GND layer 40, a first conductive pattern group 130, a second resin layer 24, a second conductive pattern group 150, and a third resin layer 26 are sequentially laminated on the substrate 10; a balun 110 of a balancing filter includes a first balanced signal transmission path 30 and a second balanced signal transmission path 35 of the first conductive pattern group 130, and an unbalanced signal transmission path 50 of the second conductive pattern group 150; the first balanced signal transmission path 30 and a first unbalanced signal transmission path 50c include a first space E1 in the inner periphery; the second balanced signal transmission path 35 and a second unbalanced signal transmission path 50d include a second space E2 in the inner periphery; and a filter 120 of the balancing filter is arranged in the first space E1 and/or the second space E2.
