Abstract:

To provide a resin sealing unit which can prevent a product from becoming a fault due to the deformation of an element to be sealed at the time of resin sealing and the impact in case of separating the product from a mold and which has high reliability.

The resin sealing unit 10 comprises a pair of sandwiching pieces 18 and 20 capable of sandwiching the element 16 to be sealed, projectably from one of a pair of molds 102 and 104 or retractably in the other by being driven by electric motors 12, 14, and protruding into the pair of molds 102 and 104 of the closely contact state.
