Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent separation between the inside layer and the outside layer of a tube by raising adhesive property between the inside layer formed of fluorine-based resin and the outside layer formed of resin such as polyamide and polyester which are poor in adhesive property for the fluorine-based resin without complicating a manufacturing process and raising production cost.
CONSTITUTION: In a resin tube having at least two layers of the inside layer formed of fluorine-based resin and the outside layer formed of polyamide resin or the like, adhesive surface treatment is performed on the face touching the external layer of the inside layer. Moreover heat treatment is performed at ≥150°C and at the temperature not higher than the melting point of the outside layer in a state wherein the inside layer and the outside layer are laminated.
