Abstract:

To provide resistor paste which is excellent in wear resistance and varies less in resistance at high temperatures, and a variable resistor formed of the same.

Carbon nano-tubes 0.1 μm or above in grain diameter and thermosetting resin are kneaded well into resistor paste where the carbon nano-tubes are dispersed well in the resin, and a variable resistor is formed by using the resistor paste.
