Title:
RESOLVER DIGITAL CONVERTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6371617
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To detect an angle theta accurately and to eliminate the need to work a resolver with high accuracy and accurately assemble it by removing a distortion component from a resolver output signal by an adding circuit and inputting a distortion-free trigonometric function signal to a PLL circuit. CONSTITUTION:A resolver digital converter 10 is provided with a ROM 11, digital-analog converters (DAC) 12 and 13, and adding circuits 14 and 15 in addition to an oscillation circuit 5 and a PLL circuit which are provided conventionally. An adding circuit is a circuit which adds the output signal S1 of the resolver 1 to the output signal C1 of the DAC 13 and an adding circuit 15 is a circuit which adds the output signal S2 of the resolver 1 to the output signal C2 of the DAC 12. The adding circuits 14 and 15 calculate S1+C1 and S2+C2 respectively. Consequently, the signals S1' and S2 inputted to the PLL circuit 6 are signals after distortion components are removed. For the purpose, the PLL circuit 6 is put in operation on the basis of those signals to output accurate angle data theta.
