Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric part such as a resonator which is easily manufactured, can be miniaturized, satisfactorily maintains a resonance charac teristic and also is excellent in durability and to provide its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: In this resonator device which is provided with a piezoelectric element 1, lead terminals 3 made of a conductive wire where a tapered receiving groove 12 holding the end part of the element 1 is formed at the upper edge part by press working and capacitor elements 2 connected to the outer peripheral part of the upper edge part of the terminal 3 in the state that the end part of the element 1 is held in the groove 12 of the terminal 3 and constituting a resonance circuit together with the element 1, the difference between the coefficient of thermal expansion of piezoelectric ceramics constituting the piezoelectric element 1 and the coefficient of thermal expansion of dielectric ceramics constituting the capacitor element 2 is made to ≤5 ppm/°C. Also, the surface area of the element 1 coming into contact with a vibration space is preferably 3.0±0.4 mm2, for instance, when a frequency band is 3 MHz.
