The restoring method has a mortar filling process S1 for filling the loss part brought on the surface of the fair-faced concrete with cement mortar, and a gradation process S5 for hitting and applying gradation application material from the upper part of cement mortar filled by the mortar filling process S1 and finished so as to be substantially the same color and substantially the same spotted pattern as the circumferential building frame surface of the restoring part while concealing the color of cement mortar.
