PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractable cord reel.SOLUTION: A retractable cord reel comprises a spool 16, and the spool comprises a conductor supported thereon. The retractable cord reel also comprises a conductor lead connected to a ratchet 24. The spool and the ratchet are mutually constituted so as to be electrically conductible.
