Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable direct supply of a tape from a record-like wound tape while increasing tape length that can be supplied at one time.SOLUTION: A tape supply method of the present invention has: a connection process for connecting an outer tape end of one of record-like wound tapes of a first record-like wound tape and a second record-like wound tape with an inner tape end of the other of the record-like wound tapes to match the front and back of the tapes; and a supply process for supplying the tape of the first record-like wound tape and the second record-like wound tape from a tape end of the first record-like wound tape opposite to the tape end connected to the second record-like wound tape, after the connection process.
