Abstract:
To provide a retractable roof comprising a roof member 2 including a front roof panel 21 and a back roof panel 22, and a link mechanism 4 for shifting the roof member 2 to the use position and the stored position respectively, which can improve the habitability by enlarging the space of a cabin, and further to provide a vehicle provided with the same.
The back roof panel 22 is pivotally connected to the front roof panel 21 and car body side members 42 respectively. As a result, the back roof panel 22 can serve as the first link of a quadric link composed of a first link and a second link.
