Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a beat fault by making coincident the frequencies of output and input television broadcasting signals when converting the frequencies of the television broadcasting signals to the same input/output channel.
CONSTITUTION: A first intermediate frequency signal converting the frequency of the television broadcasting signal at a frequency converter 54 is separated into a first intermediate frequency video signal and an audio signal by a separating means 71. The level of the intermediate frequency audio signal is controlled by a gain controller 78, and this controlled first intermediate frequency audio signal is synthesized with the first intermediate frequency video signal by a synthesizer 80. The frequency of this synthesized intermediate frequency signal is converted into the second intermediate frequency signal by a frequency converter 82. The frequency of this signal is further converted by a frequency converter 94. Local oscillating signals supplied to the frequency converters 54, 82 and 94 are oscillated by local oscillators 56, 84 and 96 of a PLL oscillator based on the reference signal of a common reference signal source 66.
