Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the easy and positive confirmation of a state of a back gripper device, with regard to a reversing cylinder device to be mounted on a convertible perfector.
SOLUTION: In a reversible cylinder 1 equipped with a gripper device 110 consisting of a front gripper device 2 and a back gripper device 3 mounted on the convertible perfector, a switching mechanism 120 is provided which sets the back gripper device 3 in an operating position during perfecting in which a printing sheet 4 needs to be reversed and sets the back gripper device 3 in a non-operating position during one side printing in which the printing sheet 4 need not be reversed. In addition, a motion detector 7 which detects the state of actuating pieces 6a, 6b to be interlocked with the switching mechanism 120, is installed in the reversing cylinder 1 so that it is detected whether the back gripper device 3 is used or not. Further, an electromagnetic coupling non-contact sensor 8 is provided which outputs a detection signal by the motion detector 7 to the outside of the reversing cylinder 1 with the help of a sending part 8a which is installed inside the reversible cylinder 1 and sends the detection signal from the motion detector 7 and a receiving part 8a which is installed outside the reversing cylinder 1.
