PURPOSE: To easily provide a ribbon in a flower shape by moving a holding member provided with a chuck facing a needle provided with a sharp part on both sides and provided with a thread passing hole on a center part back and forth, alternately holding the needle, passing through a thread to/from the front and back of a cloth in a belt shape, bundling it at the center part and radially unfolding the periphery.

CONSTITUTION: In the state of attaching a needle 1 to a chuck 3 of a holding member 2a and engaging a locking hook 6a to a locking edge 51, when a handle 81 is held and an operation member 8 is moved in the direction of an arrow, a release lever 7a is released from a locking edge 51, the chuck 3 inside the holding member 2a is turned to a loosened state and the sharp part 1b of the needle 1 passes through the cloth A and inserted to the chuck 3 of a holding member 2b. A cushion holder 24 is stopped by a stopper 5b, the holding member 2b is pushed in, the chuck 3 on the side of the holding member 2b tightens the side of the sharp part 1b of the needle 1 and a hook 6b is locked to the locking edge 51 of the stopper 5b. The needle 1 is passed from the front side of the cloth A to the back side, the thread is passed through and the cloth A is moved for a prescribed width. Thereafter, the operation member 8 is similarly moved, the thread is passed through the cloth A and detached from a slit 91, one end of the cloth A is pressed and squeezed, the center part is bundled, the periphery is radially unfolded and the ribbon in the flower shape is easily formed.
