Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cutter for cutting a folded material plate straight and simultaneously pushing separated plate parts wide by providing a blade opposing with a certain advancing direction in the ridge line direction of the peak of a cross-section folded material plate on a handle rod and oppositely forming spatulas abutted to left and right valleys holding the peak in-between in the state where the blade is opposing with the advancing angle facing the ridge line direction of the peak on both side parts of the handle rod with a required interval. CONSTITUTION: The folded material plate (a) of a long length which is an object to be cut is horizontally mounted on a flat appropriate plate surface. The blade 2 is abutted to one end edge of the peak (b) at the prescribed dimension position of the folded material plate (a) by the handle 1 of this cutter so as to be provided with the advancing angle θ facing the ridge line of the peak (b), the spatulas 3 are abutted to the left and right valleys C holding the peak (b) in-between and the handle 1 is pushed out to the front slightly downwards. The spatulas 3 on left and right sides provided on the handle are slid along the valleys while pressurizing the valleys C and reseat the bending habit of the valleys, the blade 2 successively cuts the ridge line along the ridge line of the peak (b) and the peak (b) is bisected. The filter body B of a prescribed length provided with the separated plate parts A naturally formed by bisection in the state where the separated plate parts A are widened by the reseating of the bending habit is obtained.
