Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a right and left wheel driving device which can obtain a relatively large amplification factor of torque difference and simplify the device configuration to reduce the cost.SOLUTION: A right and left wheel driving device 1 comprises a gear device 5 which is interposed between two driving sources 2, 3 and right and left drive wheels 4R, 4L and is formed by combining two planetary gear mechanisms 10A, 10B having three elements and two degrees of freedom on the same shaft. Both planetary gear mechanisms 10A, 10B include sun gears S1, S2, second rotors R1, R2 and third rotors C1, C2. The gear device 5 has a first combined element 11 in which one S1 of the sun gears and the other C2 of the third rotors are combined, and a second combined element 12 in which one third rotor C1 and the other sun gear S2 are combined. The two driving sources 2, 3 are connected to the first combined element 11 and the second combined element 12, respectively, and the right and left drive wheels 4R, 4L are connected to the second rotors R2, R1, respectively.
