Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable accurate working without causing dislocation by holding the rim that has been positioned in a charging stage in the state it has been clamped up to the taking-out stage, and also by providing a clamper by which the clamp is released in the taking-out stage.
CONSTITUTION: First and second clamping claws 215, 216 are fitted to the side par on the opposite side of pressing plates 115, and in the state they have been fittedly held without interfering with the pressing plates 115, the rim that has been positioned is cramped on the rotating table side without producing dislocation. After completion of delivery, a cylinder 204 is operated to project its rod out for opening the first and second clamping claws 215, 216, and by plunging the rod 205 of the cylinder 204, a positioning unit 210 is returned to the position of the continuous line. Thereafter, as the rotary table performs index- rotation, the rim is subjected to the working such as seat-pressing, boring, and chamfering.
