Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working scaffold significantly reducing the operation at high altitude, which is vibrationless, lightweight because of a reduced number of part items, and can be quickly assembled and dismantled, and its assembling and dismantling method.
SOLUTION: The rise and fall type scaffold 4 temporarily installed in an evaporation vessel 1 comprises a working floor 5 installed below the evaporation vessel 1; a collective mast 16 consisting of extension masts 6 installed on the working floor 5; an elevating stage 7 to be elevated in the axial direction of the collective mast 16; and a drive frame 8 having a drive 9a and a controller 9b for each extension mast for raising and lowering the stage 7 by the rack-and- pinion method. Even in the case of an evaporation vessel 1 that cannot be linked by walls, a simple intermediate link member 24 is used to interconnect the extension masts 6 to eliminate the bias of the stage 7 and feed members prepared outside of a system into the vessel. Thus, the operation of assembling or dismantling the scaffold 4 can be quickly, easily and safely carried out.
