Abstract:

To provide an evacuation site at the occurrence of tsunami wave, a method for effective use of the evacuation site and an employment site.

A road structure 1 in a stepwise outer shape comprises an interior space 2 which is used for a plant, a storehouse and others, and a structure for storing water under the interior space 2. The stepwise outer shape part is used for vehicles, motorcycles and pedestrians with different travel speeds separately and the number of traffic accidents can be reduced. The interior space 2 is used for a plant factory and the water from a water tank 3 is supplied.
