Abstract:
PURPOSE: To semiautomatically move hot roast meat to a container by operating a vacuum pump, sucking the roast meat with a suction head, operating a limit switch, and moving the suction head to immediately above a tray.
CONSTITUTION: When a suction head support tool 5b is vertically lowered by a vertical cylinder 5 via a vertical guide 6, a vacuum hose 3 is delivered, a vacuum pump 2 is operated, and roast meat 20 is sucked on the bottom face of a suction head 4. When the suction head 4 is brought into contact with the roast meat 20, a limit switch is operated, the suction head 4 starts to be lifted by the vertical cylinder 5, a horizontal cylinder 7 is operated, and the suction head 4 is guided by a horizontal guide 8 and moved to immediately above a roast meat storage tray 13. A limit switch is operated, the vacuum pump 2 is stopped to drop the roast meant 20, the horizontal cylinder 7 is operated in the opposite direction, and the suction head 4 is returned to the original position and stopped. The roast meat storage tray 13 is manually put at the prescribed position of a workbench 12 in advance, and the roast meat 20 is stored in the tray 13.
