Abstract:
To effectively support collision avoidance between a rocket and satellites constituting a satellite constellation when launching the rocket.SOLUTION: A region calculation section 110 calculates, as a possible passing region 112 based on position coordinates of a rocket launching place and satellite orbit prediction information 51 in which a predicted value of an orbit of a satellite is set, a passing region in which there is no risk of collision against the satellite constituting a satellite constellation that a rocket launched from the rocket launching place 201 passes through above the rocket launching place.
