To enable to discharge promptly sand and dust invaded in a switch cover from the gap around an operating knob and to reduce invasion into the switch housing portion.
A switch mechanism is arranged inside a switch housing portion 33 of a switch body 30 and an operating knob 32 is installed capable of rocking at the upper part of the switch body 30. The switch body 30 is arranged inside a falling wall 26 of rectangular frame shape provided at the switch cover 22. A discharge gap 50 of which the upper part is communicated with a gap 51 between the outer peripheral part of the operating knob 32 and the peripheral edge of the opening part 25 of the switch cover 22 and the lower part is open is formed between the outer face of the right and left both ends 30c, 30c of the switch body 30 and the inner face of the side walls 26c, 26d of the falling wall 26. Most of the sand and dust invaded from the gap 51 goes through the discharge gap 50 and is easily and promptly discharged to the lower part of the switch body 30.
