In providing oil feeding holes 11 for feeding lubricating oil to many rollers 114 arranged in a plurality of rows, between the inner ring track surface of an inner ring 112 through which the back up roll shaft 12 is inserted and the outer ring track surface of an outer ring 113 coaxially arranged to the inner ring 112, the oil feeding holes are formed obliquely relative to the diameter direction of the inner ring 112, from a position corresponding to any of a plurality of lubricating oil feeding holes 106 provided at the back up roll shaft 12 in the inner circumferential surface 112a of the inner ring 112, toward a portion other than the inner ring track surface in which the rollers 114 pass on the outer circumferential surface 112b of the inner ring 112.
