To reduce the friction between a pin and a bush to allow the long-term use for large load transmission by inserting a pin consisting of steel material into a bush formed of an inner cylinder consisting of a non-iron metallic material and a solid lubricating material and an outer cylinder shrinkage-fitted and integrated thereto.
A bush 20 comprises an inner cylinder 21 and an outer cylinder 22 shrinkage-fitted to the inner cylinder 21, and a number of pores 23 are formed on the inner cylinder 21. For the inner cylinder 21, a copper alloy cylinder having a yielding point regulated to, for example, 30-50 kgf/mm2 is used, and a solid lubricating material 23 formed by kneading carbon, lead, ethylene tetrafluoride resin as main component is filled in the pores 23. The thickness of the bush 20 is set to, for example, 0.15-0.30 times the inside diameter, and the thickness of the inner cylinder 21 is set to 0.2-0.4 times the thickness of the bush 20. For the outer cylinder 22, a carbon steel or alloy steel heat treated so as to have a yielding point of, for example, 80-130 kgf/m2 or a Vickers hardness of 400-650 is used.
