Abstract:
To improve releasability so that a carrier sheet and a toner are immediately released from a melting roller, after the carrier sheet is separated from a nip.
A composition made of a fluorocarbon thermoplastic random copolymer with low wettability has a tanδ of about 0.01 to about 0.15 as a roller coating and comprises the fluorocarbon thermoplastic random copolymer which contains an aminosiloxane in an amount of about 5 wt% to about 20 wt% based on the weight of the copolymer and a curing agent containing bisphenol residues in an amount of about 1.5 wt% to about 2.5 wt% based on the weight of the copolymer.
