Abstract:
To provide a roller screw which extends the life by suppressing the revolving directional slippage of a conical roller.
The taper angle γ of the conical roller is set to a value given by the equation (1), wherein γ is the taper angel of the conical roller, γ0 is the conical roller radius passing the conical roller center OB, dm is the rotating diameter of the screw line of the conical roller pitch circle diameter passing the conical roller center OB, α is the inclination of the roller, and β is the lead angle of the roller screw. The lead angle β of the roller screw is given by the equation (2), wherein L is the lead of the roller screw.
