A plurality of rolling bodies 8 and 10 are arranged in a screw groove circulation passage 6 freely to roll. The rolling body 8 is a ball made of ceramics (a ceramics ball), and the rolling body 10 is a ball made of resin (a resin ball). The ceramic balls 8 and the resin balls 10 are arranged each other in the screw groove circulation passage 6. The resin ball 10 is formed a little smaller than the ceramic ball 8 so that a load of a ball screw is applied to the ceramic ball 8.
