The first sliding hole part 15a is fitted into an inner peripheral guide wall 16 through a first rolling ball 4a, and the second sliding hole part 16a is fitted into an outer peripheral guide wall 15 through a second rolling ball 6a. For this reason, since the first sliding hole part 15a is meshed with the inner peripheral guide wall 16 through the first rolling ball 4a and the second sliding hole part 16a is meshed with the outer peripheral guide wall 15 through the second rolling ball 6a, the double meshing structure by the outer peripheral guide wall 15, the second sliding hole part 16a, the first sliding hole part 15a, and the inner peripheral guide wall 16 is realized to provide a high meshing rate.
