Abstract:

To prevent fixing by freezing of a seat part and a valve element.

The seat part 37 is elastically supported by a seat part holding spring 45 so that its upper end is at a position above a bottom face 40a of a flow passage 39 in a valve body. At this time, a bypass passage 37c provided on a side face of the seat part 37 is opened in a horizontal flow passage 40 in the flow passage 39 in the valve body. When a system stops, the valve element 35 is seated in the seat part 37 to block an opening part 37e, and water flowing into a valve structure part from a fuel cell 1 passes through the bypass passage 37c, flows into a flow passage 37d in the seat part, and flows onto the downstream side. For this reason, it is possible to prevent a tip of the seat part 37 in which the valve element 35 is seated from being immersed in water and prevent fixing by freezing of the valve element 35 and the seat part 37 even when ambient temperature drops below zero degree centigrade after the fuel cell stops.
