To provide a rolling bearing cage and a rolling bearing using the cage in a rolling bearing cage composed of a porous resin molding in which lubricating oil is easily impregnated into the cage and lubricating oil can be supplied stably from a sliding face.
The rolling bearing cage is composed of the porous resin molding obtained by extracting a pore forming material after injection molding. The cage is composed to have at least one part of a skin layer on the cage surface removed after the injection molding and before extraction of the pore forming material. The porous resin molding has a communication hole obtained by dissolving the pore forming material after injection molding a resin containing the pore forming material and forming the molding, and extracting the pore forming material from the molding using a solvent that does not dissolve the resin.
