The shield plate is divided in a peripheral direction and is formed into a ring shape to be reduced in diameter and to be expanded in diameter by slidably overlapping a first end part 35 and a second end part 36 located at each of both ends of the peripheral direction with each other. Thickness of at least a portion entering into the annular groove part 40 at both end parts overlapping with each other is plate thickness of the shield plate except the both end parts or below.
