To provide a rolling bearing for wheel capable of preventing any insufficient fastening force of a bolt (a male screw part) by suppressing the dispersion of the friction force generated between a head of the bolt and a bearing surface of the bolt to be small when screwing the male screw part into a vehicle body side member by turning the head of the bolt by a fastening tool with the predetermined fastening torque.
In the rolling bearing device for wheel provided with a fixed flange 60 having a plurality of bolt holes 61 with a male screw part 72 of a bolt 70 for fixing to a vehicle body side member 16 being passed therethrough, a circular bolt bearing surface 63 which is cut concentric with a center of each bolt hole 61 and having the diameter larger than that of a head 71 of the bolt 70 is formed on one side surface of the fixed flange 60.
