To provide a rolling bearing with a lubricating function capable of reducing function deterioration due to heat treatment deformation and correction cost increase.

A rolling element 4 is interposed between rolling surfaces 2a and 3a of an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 3. A lubricating oil supply passage 11 communicating with a bearing space from a peripheral surface opposite to the bearing space is provided to a fixed side orbital ring 3 which is not rotated in the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 3 to be orbital rings. The fixed side orbital ring 3 comprises an orbital ring body 13 having the rolling surface 3a and the lubricating oil supply passage 11 and a pair of annular side rings 14 and 15 provided in contact with both end surfaces of the orbital ring body 13. Annular elastic seals 12 are provided to peripheral surfaces opposite to the bearing space of the both side rings 14 and 15.
