Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing hardly generating rust and with no apprehension of leaking out of lubricating oil with low torque even in a severe environment.
SOLUTION: The space between outer/inner rings 2, 3 is sealed by a pair of seal members 6, an internal space 7 is charged with a lubricant composition 8 containing resin polymer and volatile rust preventing agent. As the volatile rust preventing agent, dicyclohexyl ammonium nitrite (DAICHAN), cyclohexial amine carbide (CHC), diisopropyl ammonium nitrite (DIPAN), nitronaphthalene ammonium nitrite (NITAN), etc., can be used. Since the seal member 6 is a contact type abutting to the inner seal 3 of rotary ring to be sealed, infiltration of water in the space 7 can be surely prevented, and outflow of the volatile rust preventing agent can be prevented.
