Abstract:
To provide a rolling method of a steel sheet pile and rolling equipment capable of dissolving unbalance of torques of upper and lower rollers.SOLUTION: A rolling method of a steel sheet pile 1 in which hat-shaped steel sheet piles having a web, a flange, an arm part and a joint part or U-shaped steel sheet pile having a web, a flange, and a joint part are provided oppositely in an up and down direction and are rolled by an upper roller (for example, upper roller 61) in which a hole die is ditched and a lower roller (for example, lower roller 62) includes steps of: measuring rolling torques of the upper roller and the lower roller respectively when rolling raw material with hole dies of the upper roller and the lower roller; and adjusting rolling reduction on a rolling pass equal to a rolling pass in which a rolling torque of the hole die is measured in accordance with a torque rate as a ratio of the rolling torque of the upper roller to the rolling torque of the lower roller with respect to raw material to be rolled next or subsequently.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
