Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a roof cleaning robot capable of efficiently and uniformly grinding a glazed roof.
CONSTITUTION: This robot consists of a roof car 2 self-propelled on a rail 11 installed on the glazed roof 10, and a cleaning unit 4 self-propelled in a direction crossing with the rail 11 after it is separated from the roof car 2, and moreover, the cleaning unit 4 comprises a nonself-propelled cleaning carriage drawn by the roof car 2, a large number of self-propelled wheels for traverse motion provided on the cleaning carriage freely ascendably/descendably, a traverser for cleaning brush provided on the cleaning carriage in such a way that it can freely traverse, and a cleaning brush mounted on the traverser.
