Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily manufacture of a tape loading device by precision injection molding so as to reduce the cost of the device by forming a tape guide and guide stopper by molding an engineering plastic reinforced with an inorganic filler.
CONSTITUTION: The inserting section 47 of a guide stopper has a wide port at its entrance 47a and a bag-like section 47a at its interior. The inclined section 47b of the stopper 47 houses the extended section 42 of a tape guide 41 in a pressing-down state so as to prevent the floating of the front end of the guide 41 and fix the guide 41 at an accurate position. The upper internal surface of the section 47d has a contacting section 47e which comes into contact with a projecting section 44 provided on the upper side face 43 of the ext-ended section 42. The abutting section 47e fixes the extended section 42 at an accurate position, because the section 47e is abutting with the upper side face 43 of the section 42 or engaged with the side face 43.
