Abstract:
To acquire a grease cleaning device of a rope pulley capable of more surely removing an old grease.SOLUTION: A rope pulley grease cleaning device 6 removes old grease discharged from the bearing 123 in a basket hanging sheave 12 which comprises a shaft 122, a bearing 123 provided on the shaft 122 and a rope pulley body 124 provided on the bearing 123, and comprises a supporting part 61 attached to the rope pulley body 124, and a contacting part 62 supported by the supporting part 61 and contacting with the grease discharged part of the bearing 123. The contacting part 62 contacts with the grease discharged part over the entire periphery of the pulley by rotating of the rope pulley body 124 around a center of the shaft 122.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
