Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary boring device enabling boring with an optional punch needle by selecting a plurality of grooves.SOLUTION: Grooves such as a groove 3 and a groove 4 are dug on a punch needle 6. A pinion 5 is engaged with a RAKU, and the whole of the punch needle 6 is rotated with the movement of the RAKU. Lead pins 1 and 2 are provided with mechanisms for controlling taking-out/putting-in. The lead pins 1 and 2 are respectively engaged with the grooves 3 and 4. When the pinion 5 is rotated by the movement of the RAKU, the lead pin 2 moves in the groove 4, and the punch needle 6 descends according to that. On the other hand, when the pinion 5 is rotated while the lead pin 1 is exposed, the height of the groove 3 engaged with the lead pin 1 is not changed, so that the height of the punch needle 6 is not changed and boring is not performed, even if the pinion 5 is rotated.
