In a device 90, one member 92 is mounted relatively rotatably to the other member 91. A rotary connector 1 electrically connects an electric element provided to the member 91 with an electric element provided to the member 92. The rotary connector 1 comprises a male connector 1a mounted to the member 91, and a female connector 1b rotatably engaged with the male connector 1a and mounted to the member 92. A ring-like circular conductive member 15 is provided on any one of the male connector 1a and the female connector 1b, and a slide conductive member 25 sliding on a periphery of the circular conductive member 15 when one connector is relatively rotated to the other connector is provided on a mating connector engaged with a connector provided with the circular conductive member 15.
