Abstract:
To provide a rotary electric machine performing a balance adjustment of a rotor without cutting and grinding, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A rotor 20 of a rotary electric machine 100 has a shaft 21 which becomes a rotation axis, a rotor core 22 provided on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft 21, and a magnet 23 provided along a circumferential direction of the rotor core 22, and annular groove 24 is formed on at least one end in an axial direction of the rotor core 22 or the shaft 21. On the groove 24, a balance ring 25 formed of annular elastic body having a notch portion 25a for adjusting a balance of a rotation of the rotor 20 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
