Abstract:
To efficiently cool a coil by injecting a coolant to a coil end over a wide range.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine 110 comprises: a shaft 160 which is connected with a rotor 150; and an opposite member 170 which is fixed to the shaft 160 and faces an edge face R0 of the rotor 150 via a space Sp. The shaft 160 has: an internal flow path 161 through which a coolant flows; and a continuous hole 162 which connects the internal flow path 161 with the space Sp. The opposite member 170 has a plurality of first blade parts 172 arranged along a circumferential direction. The first blade parts 172 have a first inclined plane S0 inclining in a radial direction so that a distance to the edge face R0 is smaller as it advances from a radially inner side to an outer side. The first inclined plane S0 contacts with the coolant injected from the internal flow path 161 through the continuous hole 162 by means of rotation of the shaft 160 and injects the coolant to a coil end 137.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
