To provide an inexpensive rotary massaging tool with twin grips, which includes only an uneven roller suspending a semicircular arc-shaped convex pipe body having a central shaft provided with a constricted part and which is rolled by a user himself/herself in the state of being applied to his/her sole or diseased part, and a method for manufacturing the same.
An outer surface of a straight pipe is coated with a resin; a plurality of uneven rollers 4 having depressions 3 on an arc-shaped surface are fitted together; a disc 8 is fixed by being fitted to inner surfaces of both ends of the straight pipe; a first inner pipe thinner than the straight pipe is passed through the center of the disc 8 and inserted through the straight pipe; a restraining member 12 circumscribing the disc 8 and having a protrusion is fitted to an inner surface of one end of the first inner pipe; a first grip 10 is fitted to the other end side of the first inner pipe with a bearing seat in between via the disc 8; and a second grip 14 having a second inner pipe is detachably fitted to the protrusion of the inhibition member 12.
